My status has been showing since 21 August that my passport is with the Immigration Department for the endorsement of my Student Pass. I urgently need my passport. Could you please let me know how much longer it will take and when I can expect to receive it back? passport num BU1277172

  Hi,

Kindly be informed that the Immigration has issued the student visa. Allow us some time to notify the institution for passport ready for collection.

  Have a nice day.
