Please be informed that we received the additional documents from the institution on 12 July 2024. As checked, we have verified the documents on 15 July 2024. Therefore, the process has resumed as normal. Any updates will be notified accordingly.

My application for visa renewal is still at 20% even though i submitted all required documents to my institution including proof of payment.

Please be informed that as per checking, we are unable to detect the payment submitted by the institution. As such, we require the institution to submit a valid proof of payment in order for us to process the application accordingly. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
