Hello EMGS, My application is stuck at 32% for the last 2 weeks. When i will get eVal, however i read that malaysian government will start issuing eVal’s after 1st August. Waiting for your kind response. Thanks

Dear officers,
I hope u will be fine in this pandemic. I want to ask that i have been accepted to UUM for PHD CS and now i want to apply for eVal but first i want to confirm is that malaysian government is allowing to enter international students. For Fall 2020 session mean semester starting from september 2020. Waiting for your kind response. Thanks

  You can apply for the VAL. However, we are unable to confirm if there will be any travel restrictions imposed in September 2020 as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian Government.
