Good Morning Officer, Have you are having a good day.

I wanted to know why my visa renewal application is still stuck at 80% from 23th october.
My flight has already been booked for 12th November which is why i need by passport back urgently.
So help me out with this and get my passport back as soon as possible and please before 12th november.
