You may use the previous offer letter to apply for a new eVAL application as you commenced your course back in 2022, however, the institute is required to provide us with an explanation letter and other supporting documents along the process pertaining to this matter. As per checking, your documents is still in progress with the relevant department. Kindly note that your documents will go through multiple level of verification. Approval of your application is depends on the Immigration Department. Rest assured, if we received any update we will notify your application status.

Hi Fawwaz Haji Daud,
Renewal application process can take around 3-4 weeks depends on your application. However, It is not recommended for student to book the flight ticket before student pass approval as we are unable to promise you the estimation time. Subject approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.
