If your Student Pass application has already been created and the documents uploaded in our system, then your institution is required to submit the proof of payment to us for verification. We will verify the payment and upon approval, we will initiate the processing of your Student Pass renewal application.

Kindly note that during the MCO, the application will be processed until the following stages:
1. Request your institution to submit the passport to EMGS for Student Pass endorsement, or
2. The issuance of the e-support for self endorsement

Kindly note that the Immigration Department will remain closed during the movement control order (MCO). As such, your passport or the e-support (submitted to the respective state Immigration Department) can only be submitted once the MCO has been lifted.
