Hi salwa I have the same issue exactly I stuck at 35 since 6/9/2019 🙃. Waiting to travel Malaysia and my leave already started from one week ago. I thought it will going fast.

From Oman-
Mine is from Sep 5, and nothing change yet. However, from that date till now it’s only 4 working days, if you calculated. However, they say from 6-10 working days. Let us pray for that 🤲

@ali_261 Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 6th of September. The VAL approval process takes 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
