However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing visa approval letters (VALs) to students who are outside Malaysia. Hi Salmuna,
Please be informed that the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department..
