I applied for the Eval visa on July 7, 2025. I chose bank transfer as my payment method, but it wasn’t available in my country. I tried editing the application, but I couldn’t.

The admission office advised me to pay through Flywire, which I did, but I paid through UKM University. I contacted UKM University to send the fee amount to EMGS; they told me they can’t send it because EMGS is a separate institution. They will keep the fee as tuition for next semester

Currently, my application status remains at 5%, and my payment is still pending

  At this stage, you are unable to amend the payment method on the application. If the selected payment method is not available in your country, you are required to coordinate with the institution to submit a cancellation request for the current application. Once the current application is canceled, you may submit a new application with the preferred payment method.
