New or old applicant need the certificate. It doesn’t apply to new applicants alone. So don’t play yourself

If you want to finish it on time, I suggest you better get started with the document processing. It takes a month to process if you have all the requirements already, and getting the requirements might take you longer or sooner if you start early. You also need eligibility letter from ministry of education also, don’t forget.

Be mentally prepared man, the whole process is hectic. Easy requirements, but it’s very thorough.
