Good evening, I am planning to be in malaysia in march..I am planning to get a condo for rent online ahead of my arrival and send the money to a friend in KL to pay for me and get the contract with my name and use that condo address to apply for home quarantine, will such go through the home quarantine application?.. considering renting a condo…[Read more]

Definitely. How much are you paying for the condo inclusive of utility bills?

I have checked one in an area called bukit bintag about 3,000/month, I also see some less than that.. if i will pay hotel 200-300/day it means in 10days will pay for 1mnth condo and think even food and confort will b better @ condo than hotel

Hi Jamilu, as long as you have a signed rental contract, i think you’ll get approved but it also depends on the risk of transmission.
If you’re the only one staying at the condo then there’s no risk of transmission but if there’s someone already living and you’re splitting the rent and bills with them then you need to mention that in the home…[Read more]
