Look for someone in IIUM to go and manually give them ur document so that they (IIUM) would take it serious and quickly send iy to emgs. Look for a student in d university.

I had the same situation and have sent them by mail but it took 1 month. You need to find the good contact or as Muhhamed said find somebody to go there. Try to call the university too.

for me, it took around 1 month till you get 70-80%

it depends. if all of your doc are ok then approximately it will take more 20days. My one had completed 80% a week ago in 12days but now it stucks.
