My application status is 80 percent…i attached pictures below…would u please say what the inquire documents are? Should i send them after going to malaysia or before ?

I got my visa approval letter right now and downloaded it (75%) . Moreover, my reception date for registration is on 29th January 2018. I should mention that i need SEV.
