Hi Karim,
Your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval on the 03rd of February 2020. The process will normally take approximately 7-10 working days. Therefore, the process is still within the stipulated time frame. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hello EMGS officer, I already sent an email and they told me that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. And they we would look into my application. It has been 2 days since the email but I still do not have any update
