EMGS emailed me that international students have to go through the 14 day quarantine procedure from the government, so I am confused!

There are specific hotels in Kuala Lumpur for the quarantine. I will choose Ibis hotel because it has wifi. It is expensive though. You will need to book the hotel from here https://safetravel.myeg.com.my/

I also study at USM. According to the travel authorisation, the only permitted terminal of arrival is Kuala Lumpur Airport. Unfortunately we have to go there and stay at the designated hotel for seven days before we get discharged to go to Penang.
