Dear EMGS,
I submitted my old and new passport to transfer the student pass into my new passport. The process should take 7 working days. However, it’s been 12 working days and i still haven’t got back my passport. I need my passport urgently to go back to my country. Can you tell me when should i get back my passport as there’s no way to track the process.
Passport number: EE0831101 , Nationality: Bangladeshi

  Please be informed that your passport is ready for collection since the 26th of February. We sent a notification to your institution to collect the passport. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they assign an authorized representative to collect your passport.
