Hi Sajeed,
Kindly note that the Student Pass transfer process takes approximately 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi Sajeed,
Please be informed that your passport is ready for collection since the 26th of February. We sent a notification to your institution to collect the passport. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they assign an authorized representative to collect your passport.
