Good morning, sir. I hope you are doing well.My passport number is CU4151941. As per our previous conversation, I was informed that my passport was still pending submission by my institution. However, I have contacted them, and they confirmed that the passport has already been submitted for Special Pass endorsement.I would like to kindly ask how long the endorsement process usually takes and if there are any updates regarding its status. Thanks for your response

  Hi @saifalikhan,
  Kindly be informed that your Special Pass was issued on 25 March 2025 and the passport was returned to the institute on 2 April 2025. Currently, we are waiting for the passport submission from the institution to proceed with the endorsement of your renewal student pass. Therefore, kindly liaise with them for further assistance.
