Hi EMGS, my visa renewal has been stuck at 20% since 19 March. I have already spoken to my institute, and they informed me that my Student Pass has been approved. Could you please check why it is still stuck at 20%? My Passport Number is CU4151941. Thanks ☺

  Please be informed that we require additional documents from the institution to proceed with your application. Kindly note that the notification has been sent to them since 17 March 2025. You may liaise with the institute for further clarification.
