Dear EMGS Officer,

I am Saharshsing Ramsahaye, a student who will be attending Monash University for his undergraduate course. My Eval application and visa process progress is stuck at 5% after a whole week of waiting period since I applied for it. Under application status it says the following: “Your application is pending approval by the Institution”.

My query is: does the Institution referring to my university whose approval is required or some other authority, and contact them if possible or provide me with their contact info. Kindly elucidate this matter for me.

Secondly, for my friends’ approval on the same matter took 2-3 working days. So why for me is taking so long? If possible, please speed up the process since it is interrupting my plans for flight booking as well as for accomodation.
