The notification is in reference to the submission of your original passport for the Student Pass endorsement. Kindly note that this process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia.

@safi Yes, exactly. Kindly proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in Algeria and apply for the SEV. Upon your arrival in Malaysia, you are required to submit your passport to the institution for the Student Pass endorsement.

It takes 14 working days ie, excluding the weekends.
Also, why don’t you contact the university, send them your application number and proof of payment you made for VAL application. Then the uni will approve.-
