We acknowledge the approval of your eVAL. However, the issuance of the SEV is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian Embassy in your home country. As such, we advise that you refer directly to the Malaysian Embassy to seek further clarification on the reason for the rejection of your SEV application.

Send them through mail but include your passport number and application number, nationality send through #########

You can forward the picture to your institution, and request that they submit the document to us. However, if your application was created via the EMGS website you can submit the picture to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my.

How long did it take you to get approved?

The Val took 4 working days but I started the entire process on 1st nov 2019

Kindly contact your institution and request that they submit the application documents and payment at their earliest convenience. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your application.

When did you get your offer letter and have you paid visa Application fee?

Hi Arif,
We are unable to retrieve any application records under the passport number you provided. Kindly follow-up with the institution and request that they create your application in our system. If the institution claims that the application has been created, we advise that you request for the application number.

Hi Muhammad Usman,
The application will be vetted accordingly. The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

You have application Id but if ur record is 0% means your institution didn’t send your documents along payments to Emgs .. Or if you have created application by yourself and the status is 0% I think Your institution must approve your application .. Emgs won’t help you in such things so, contact your university better
