I submitted a photo last week and today my visa went back to 15% yellow because the photo was over-saturated. We understand your concern. However, we are in the midst of processing the application. Once the vetting of your documents has been completed, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department for their approval. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
