Kindly check the EMGS website where they have updated everything now regarding the entru of new students and those whose visa have been expired.

Hi Sabah,
You are required to complete the travel authorization form and attach the flight ticket. The approval to grant the authorization is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
