I am remote student and required to renew my visa by visiting Malaysia to submit my application and pasport. While in currently world situation because of COVID-19, travel is restricted. I reckon many students facing similar issue. Can anyine guide please What can be done in tbis case?

    Some of countries also in my countries suspended the flights until further notice ☹

  Can you update me what happens to my student visa if im not able to travel to Malaysia current semester? My visa expires in July 2020. Will I need to reapply for VAL via EMGS and go through the same peocedures again?

    Yup, you’ll have to apply for a new VAL if you intend to arrive to malay after the expiry of your current val.
