Hi Saad Allah,
In the event, your EVAL expired prior to travel to Malaysia, you are required to cancel the current EVAL and reapply for the new EVAL. Kindly be informed that there is no stipulated time frame for the issuance of the EVAL as it’s solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
