Salam Emgs officers and good day
I am Saad Zaati Shamkhy. My passport no is A 5060316, and the new passport no is A17105800, you requested me to liaise with my institution to send you a copy for the new, but they told me that they already sent the new copy in 20th of November…please could you help me or advice my institution to achieve this issue because I have been here since a long time and I want to go back to my family…

  We amended your passport details on the 28th of November. We are in the process of sending the supporting letter to your institution via courier. Your institution will be obtaining the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department in Perak.
