Salam Emgs officers and good day
I am Saad Zaati from Iraq, old passport no is A 5060316 and the new passport no is A 17105800 ,so I have checked the application in EMGS and the percentage is still 50% ,inspite I have submitted the incomplete documents ( the new passport)

  We are yet to receive the copy of your new passport from your institution. Kindly liaise with the institution and request that they submit the required additional documents in order for us to process your application further.
