The following is my explanation letter that I have recently sent to The International Office of UPSI university:
I am Saad Zaati Shamkhy, PHd student in English literature, of the Faculty of Language s and Communication, UPSI university. I would like to renew my student Visa for the following reasons:
1. The need for early renewal process because the date of expiry of my passport is 02/11/ 2019, and my pass expiry date is 17/02/ 2020, and currently I can’t renew the passport or extend the validity of it because the Iraqi embassy requires that the passport validity should be less than one year.
2. So, I have to submit my passport to the Iraqi Embassy in the month of December/2019, and this process will take at least four months to be completed.
3. I need to renew my Visa early to transfer the sticker from the old passport to the new passport.
