Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

My passport no is A 5060316, and the new passport no is A17105800, you requested me to liaise with my institution to send you a copy for the new, but they told me that they already sent the new copy in 20th of November…please could you help me or advice my institution to achieve this…[Read more]-
Hi Saad,
We amended your passport details on the 28th of November. We are in the process of sending the supporting letter to your institution via courier. Your institution will be obtaining the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department in Perak.
