I wishing all of us to get as soon as possible. Mine been waiting almost a year, because of they subbmitted Immigration on 17th of March 2020 and still in immigrations .

Hi Saacid, a year is a lot! Have you contacted your institution recently? Also try sending email to emgs too so they can explain why its taking that long! Since its green hopefully you will get it real soon🙏🏼

However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be

Your application is pending approval from the Immigration Department. However, at present, new international students are not allowed entry into Malaysia until further notice. We are currently waiting for confirmation from the Immigration Department with regard to the issuance of the VALs for new international students who are outside…[Read more]

Hi Saacid,
You can only apply for the travel authorization after your VAL has been issued by the Immigration Department. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to international students who are outside Malaysia. We are unable to advise when your VAL will be approved, as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Hosamahmed, they printed a paper related the ssue on 6th april, so i red that paper bro, but i’m not sure they work the applications less then 35 or above

We will be processing applications effective 6th of April. However, the applications will not be submitted to the Immigration Department as the Immigration Department will remain closed until after the MCO. Applications which were submitted to the Immigration Department before the MCO will remain on hold until after the MCO.

Kindly note that you can only return to Malaysia after the VAL has been issued. We are unable to guarantee that the VAL will be issued before your visa in Vietnam expires as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
