You are right. The website isn’t opening. جزاكم الله خيرا . Also , you know I’m asking about Eval not Evisa . The offical website is stating some info but it’s not clear like if it has to be more than 18 months or it could be just more than 6 months . As per the Immigration requirement, the applicant must have atleast of 18 months of passport validity for the new visa application.

Hi,
A student from Mali does not require an SEV to enter Malaysia. However, they will obtain a visa on arrival upon your entry to Malaysia.
