I repeated the same trick more than 5 times. Also, I cleaned caches and memories before clean reinstall. App has problem. Better to tell us about updating required information by web browser. I checked on web browser version of this app but there is no such link of checklist or other required information.

This app has ‘recod not found’ bug/malfunction, so it can’t connect and retrieve our database within system.
