I am currently waiting for the approval of my eVAL while staying in my home country. As the semester at Monash University Malaysia has already started (Week 1), I am currently unable to access course materials or attend classes without the eVAL approval.

I have contacted my institution regarding this matter; however, I was informed that additional support cannot be provided until the eVAL is issued.

If possible, I would be very grateful if my case could be reviewed and processed at your earliest convenience. As the deadline for unit enrolment is approaching soon, I am concerned that I may run out of time to begin my studies in Malaysia.
