My name is Rutuja Popate Passport No- AE186838 , and I am writing to kindly request your urgent assistance regarding the processing of my Student Pass/VAL application.
My EMGS application is currently showing 35% – “In Progress with Immigration”, and the application history indicates that my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application was submitted to the Immigration Department on 17 September 2026.
My university programme at Universiti Malaya (UM) is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2026. As the commencement date is approaching, I am becoming increasingly concerned about the processing timeline and my ability to travel to Malaysia and complete the necessary registration formalities on time.
I would therefore be extremely grateful if you could kindly check the status of my application and, if possible, process my VAL at the earliest, considering my upcoming university commencement date.
