Dear EMGS staff,
My name is Zhang Rui, with the EJ3554062 is my passport #########. My application number is #########.
I submitted my passport last week, and the school told me that I had handed it over to emgs, but my information remained unchanged.I applied to leave the university and return to China to collect data, and the house here has expired. I can’t leave the country without a passport, and I’m not allowed to stay in a hotel in Malaysia. I have almost nowhere to go now. Excuse me, how is the progress of my visa? Could you please help me with my visa urgently?
I am very, very grateful for your help. This is really a very difficult moment for me.

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, we are yet to receive the passport from institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
