Emgs have refund procedure
If somehow your application rejected let know your institution they will fix it
How! Mine got rejected.
first of all you have to collect University WhatsApp contact number and inform them you have reject issue

You may fill out the refund form from the link https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/media/cms_upload/Refund_Request_Form.pdf and submit it at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will assist to check your refund request.
