Do they provide water dispenser ?-
No dispenser, but 24 small mineral water bottles were given by hotel, I finished it one week, then I bought one small water bottle in 2 rm.

During qurantine process, I found one reasonable online mart that is LuLu mart with cheap delivery charges, you can place your order there through food panda then will get in your room at specific time which is set my immigration.

We are in the midst of clarifying the entry for international students from the 23 countries, with the relevant authorities. However, all travelers who enter Malaysia are required to undergo the mandatory 14 days quarantine. We will notify institutions and students once we have an update.
