Greetings of the day!
I would like to know that once the passport is submitted to the immigration department for student pass endorsement by a new student, is it possible to retrieve it back from the department in case of emergency even if it is not endorsed. Please reply quickly as I am having very serious emergency.

  You are required to refer to your institution as the institute need to provide a cover letter to collect your passport without student pass. Therefore, kindly liaise with your institute for further assistance pertaining to the matter.
