Dear EMGSs officer.
It’s been 3weeks now since I submitted my passport at 90% University Utara Malaysia. Until now it’s still 90% please I need my passport I think it’s more than 14th working days as per visa insurance policy. It’s difficult for foreigners to travel and move around without passport as the police and immigration considered i-kad useless unless original passport

  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

    Those the 14days insurance policy still applies to my institution obtaining the student pass directly at the state immigration department?
