Once it 32% or 35% meaning EMGS has approved, and it has been submitted to the immigration department for the final approval of the E-val. So EMGS has no hands or saying again about the approval. It left with the discretion of the Malaysian immigration to approve or decline. So let just hope and pray for the best. Thank you

Can you please share what is the difference between 35% and 32%? And you mean may be my application is now under immigration?

Once your application is approved by EMGS (Status 32%-35%), you can download the EMGS approval letter. This indicate that your application is ready for submission to the Malaysian immigration department for eVAL approval. Basically if you are at any of the 2 percentage 32 or 35 it okay. No. EMGS does not see this section, this only between students. Even if they were to see it, the matter in immigration’s hands since you’re 35%!! Not EMGS.
you will ask then why they write to them! I will answer, Stupidity and peasants acts. People will stay stupid for he most part-

Sincerely enough it really frustrating for some of us. Registration has already started and yet we haven’t gotten any approval yet.

How long it takes to reach 5% to 15%

About 7 to 10 days

I submitted my application on the 19th September and it was on 5%, and today 25th September it changes to 15%.
So it barely took like 7 days.
Now they said it will take 1-4 days to get approval to the next stage.-
It’s been 17 working days and my application is still at 5%

Hi @kandehkamara
Kindly be informed that once you have completed study, you are required to cancel the student pass and returned to home country. Kindly note, you may enter back to Malaysia on social visit pass for attending the graduation ceremony.
