Dear EMGS Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Rizwan Muhammad and I am an international student currently enrolled at Kolej Universiti Kings under the IM14-Progression application (EMGS Application No: #########, Passport No: CJ9898364).
I have recently received my EMGS Approval Letter dated 14 May 2026 for the Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (Honours) programme. I understand that the eVAL from the Malaysian Immigration Department is still pending.
I am currently holding a Special Pass and I would like to travel back to Pakistan for personal reasons. May I kindly ask:
1. Is it safe for me to travel outside Malaysia at this stage, given that my eVAL has not yet been issued?
2. Will leaving Malaysia affect my EMGS application or eVAL approval process?
3. What is the current status of my eVAL application, and what is the estimated processing time?
I would greatly appreciate your guidance before I make any travel arrangements.

  It is generally advisable to avoid traveling outside Malaysia while your eVAL is still pending, as it may affect your re-entry into the country. We recommend consulting with your institution for specific guidance based on your current visa status. Your application is currently at the stage where documents have been scanned and are undergoing quality control. The typical processing time for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is 7-10 working days after submission to the Immigration Department. However, please note that this timeframe may vary.
