      Please note that you would have to refer to your institution to assist you with making the payment for your top-up application.

    Dear officer,

    I have an issue on application progress. The institution has given the additional documents requested by EMGS. However, the application progress is still pending on 15%. Help me to solve this problem, thank you.

    My visa has been delayed for up to three months, the issue has been handled by contacting the institution. However, there’s still zero clarification of my visa progress and my study status is hanging up for so long time. Offer me any solutions please. Thank you.
