My passport number is EH5737685 Since January 17th my application is stuck at 15% even though my The agency has submitted the required documents, please help me expedite the process as soon as possible, I really do need to fly to Malaysia. Please help me, this is a kind request

My passport number is EH5737685 and I would like to tell you that my visa is progressing very slowly and has been at 15% since last Thursday. The problem is that my back to school is on February 14th So please help me solve this problem。 Thank you so much
