Hi EMGS, can you please update me on the VAL progress. My passport is C1886556. It’s stuck at 35% since June.

Hi EMGS, my VAL is still stuck at 35% since June. I’ve already sent all the documents needed. Can you tell me roughly how long will it take to finish the VAL process. I need an estimated time as I live in Malaysia with my parents.
