Kindly be informed that students are not allowed to enter Malaysia as social visit pass once the eVAL has been approved by the Immigration department. Kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.

How if i do not use the eVal and SEV as a traveller. For example i come to malaysia as a traveller on 10th January and then come back to Indonesia on 31th January after that im going to malaysia again as a student use my SEV and eVal on 7th February it is possible?

Hi Risa,
Congratulations on the approval of your application. Please note that if you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.

Students is required to enter Malaysia once the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is approved by the Immigration Department. However, currently your documents is ready for submission to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Rest assured, we will notify the application progress via EMGS website.
