Dear Sir or Madam,

I will be completing a one semester exchange in March 2024 in Unimas Sarawak.

Yesterday, I submitted an online application for the student visa, however I believe I forgot to include the health declaration.

Furthermore, when I chose mobility programm in the list I couldn’t choose the course name and it says the duration is 36 months, is it normal?

My passport number is : X8535808 and I am a Swiss citizen.

Could you please help me with this as I want to ensure that I respect the deadlines etc. I booked a ticket flight on the 5th March.
