Hello. My VAL appeal had been sent to immigration 3 weeks ago. But I didn’t get any response yet. It’s still stuck at 50%. What should I do now?

  The same case is with me and no response. Only they say it is with immigration.

  Please be informed that there is no specific time frame for the approval of VAL appeal applications. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution of the updates on your VAL status.
