Hello Rifah. You will need emgs support on this to get the updates. Send them your question by email indicating your passport number.
Check your progress on the website of emgs. Sometimes, status on this app is not updated ad quickly as on the website.

Please be informed that there is no specific time frame for the approval of VAL appeal applications. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution of the updates on your VAL status.
