Hi Ridwan,
You can change your flight date. However, you need to check the validity of your entry permit with the Malaysian Mission before changing the dates. The approval to grant you entry is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department Officers at the point of entry.

The immigration will decide whether and when new students are allowed and emgs has nothing to do with it. @ridwan I think we are advised to use the website than use the app. Maybe the app gets updates late its been like that for quite some time
